Re-sponsorship

It is 225 EUR per Quarter (75 EUR per month) to Re-sponsor a child back to school after his or her sponsor has stopped sponsorship. You can chose whether you want to pay quarterly, half year og yearly. Additional costs will be new uniforms 100 EUR that are invoiced once a year at the turn of the year.

This is a very big challenge as we can not let the children drop out of school even after the sponsor has stopped sponsoring.In this case we shall put the child back to searching for sponsor to get a new sponsor.Sponsorship brings strong love in these vulnerable childrenâ€™s hearts, a strong relationship that they would love to hold on to forever and when a sponsor stops they feel abandoned by the ones they loved.

We understand that at times sponsor families are faced with financial difficulties , we kindly request in such situations to encourage friends or family to join and sponsor in a group to continue making a difference in the childâ€™s life. You can choose to sponsor individually or in a group or a company The school calender has 4 Quarters in a year and a sponsor is invoiced 4 times on quarterly basis.

Background

Fellisha is the eldest of seven children. Both of her parents are alive; however, her father has another family and is rarely supports Fellisha and her family. He also provides very little financial support towards their needs.

Fellisha lives in Katanga Slum with her grandmother. When her sponsorship ended, she had to leave Kampala and move to the village to stay with relatives because her grandmother could no longer afford to pay for her education in the city.

Fellisha was fortunate to be re-sponsored in 2025, but unfortunately, her sponsorship ended again in 2026. In the village, she attends a very under-resourced school and frequently misses classes because her mother is unable to raise the required school fees. As a result, her education has been significantly disrupted.

Fellisha is hoping for another opportunity to receive sponsorship so that she can return to Kampala, rejoin her former school and continue her education. With the support of a new sponsor, she will have the opportunity to catch up on the studies she has missed and, with consistent attendance and support, progress to the next class in the coming year.

Fellisha is eagerly waiting for a new sponsor who can give her the opportunity to return to school, continue her education and build a brighter future.
