Help Africa is founded by Kim Madsen from Denmark. It is estimated that more than 2 million children in Uganda are orphans as a result of losing parents to fatal diseases like HIV Aids, malaria, and many others. The purpose of Help Africa is to give children in need a chance to go to school, and a better life.
Our Mission

Our Mission

Help Africa aims at empowering children in need, especially orphans to realize their potential, gain confidence and build self-esteem. By improving their lifestyle, both the individual and community are enriched. This contributes towards elevating Uganda and ultimately making the world into a better place.

Our Goal

Our Goal

With help from generous people around the world,
Help Africa is able to:
1. Provide opportunity for education among the less fortunate children.
2. Provide academic materials that enables rural and slum schools to compete favorably with urban schools.
3. Adopt a culture of knowledge sharing across schools and communities.
4. Provide the children with practical and social skills for personal development.

Thank you for taking time to visit this site.
I founded Help Africa in the year 2009, while visiting Uganda. One day I talked with a child living on the street, a boy from Katanga slum. He opened up his world to me and it touched my heart. I decided then and there to make a change in the life of this boy and other children like him. I am very thankful to say, it does make a difference! I am grateful for each contribution. Thank you for changing these wonderful children’s lives.
