Running and building an orphanage is not just an idea.
It is a responsibility. A calling. A life project.
About three years ago I took a big step.
I bought buildings and land on Buyiga Island, an island off Kampala in Uganda.
These facilities are now made available to Help Africa – not temporarily, but for the rest of the organization’s life. The goal is clear:
👉 To create a safe, stable and long-term home for children in need.
🏠 The orphanage – quiet progress, but need help
We are getting started.
The buildings are being renovated continuously.
There are already children living there with a dedicated metron who takes care of them on a daily basis.
There is life. There is hope. There is development.
But the truth is also:
👉 We lack the funds to take it to the next level.
