0n 24th September 2024, The Uganda Communications Commission hosted a press conference with an audience of over 50 people and over 4 different media houses on the Help Africa film/documentary “I AM MUCH MOREâ€. The Film was selected among 600 films and will be premiered at the Marbella International Film Festival in Spain from 2nd October 2024 - 7th October 2024.
The film selection for the Marbella International Film Festival was proud moment for Help Africa, the Help Africa children’s choir and the Film industry in Uganda.
It was a moment of joy as one of our own, Prossy Nabasumba the lead singer for the “I Am Much More’’ Music Album was flagged off by the Executive Director of the Uganda Communication Commission Mr. George William Nyombi with sponsorship for her Return flight to Spain to attend and witness the film premiere and screening of the Am Much More Film in Spain Marbella.
The Film/ Documentary is a testimony of transformation of the children’s lives from the slums of Katanga to the luxurious life of Spain Marbella during their Europe Tour 2023. This film demonstrates the capability and passion of the children irrespective of their humble background given an opportunity to shine.
Special recognition and appreciation goes to Mac Chakaveh Film Producer, Uganda Communications Commission, Rotary Club Kampala Day Break, Rotary Club of Rubaga Lakeview and the media houses Vision Group, NBS, BBS among others for the successful press conference on the I Am Much More film.
