Background
Tracey’s father abandoned her when she was 4 years old, she lives with her mother and stepfather in a very small two roomed house with her 3 siblings. Her mother cooks food outside their small home and vends it at the building sites in their home area. Her stepfather is a taxi conductor and on very rare occasions does he help to cater for Tracey and her siblings’ needs because of his small income.
Before Tracey was sponsored in 2015, she was going to a small poor school and always off school because of lack of school fees. She is a bright girl and she likes learning.
Tracey is looking for another opportunity to be sponsored so that she can continue with her education.
